p.2 City Council - a communication from Lt. Col. Grenville asking the Council to remove the old sunken barges and other nuisances existing near the Tete du Pont Barracks, and also to prevent the anchorage of rafts off the Barracks.

p.3 Emigrants - 400 Norwegians passed up on Spartan.

-St. Ann's Regatta - Kingston boat Nidia was 5th.
