-Our Marine Note Book - prop. Brantford launched at shipyard, prop. Bruno and Henderson & Co's elevator still on ways; new schooner building at Battersea for Messrs. Fraser & George.

-Operations at Garden Island - new barge of 20,000 bushel capacity to be launched, and then keel of new schooner will be laid; barque London to be hauled out to be rebuilt. [News]

p.3 Capt. David Forbes of sch. Wasp, left Mill Point for Hay Bay to rig up his vessel and has been gone for 2 weeks.
