-The Prince's Tour - The River - made trip through rapids in Magnet, picked up an Indian pilot brought out in 2 canoes with 24 men in each.

-Kingston Marine -

-Disasters - prop. Equator ashore on Racine North Point; sch. Sea Gull wrecked by hitting pier at Grand Haven; scow Ferris broke up at Muskegon; scow D.K. Hoit ? a total loss; sch. Nightingale a total loss on Spectacle Reef.

-Imports - 9.

p.3 Police - a man was arrested for stealing from sch. Emery; a sailor was charged with stealing from another sailor.
