p.2 Seizure of a Vessel - sch. Nevada from Chicago with wheat seized because it didn't hand in bonds to Custom House during working hours before breaking bulk.

-Kingston Marine - the raising of the steamer Bruce has been delayed until boxes can be constructed to assist the operation.

-V.P.T.W.C. - 5.

p.3 Drowned - sailor from sch. M.L. Mott in Welland Canal.

-Stone - cut at Kingston Pen. for Buffalo pier and lighthouse.

-Capt. C.B. Chrysler - to command Greyhound on Fisheries at Halifax.
