p.2 The Rescue - armament sent to Goderich, where it will be loaded prior to departure for west.

-A Commercial Bull - sch. Hibernia took a load of rye to Oswego, unloaded and loaded up another cargo of rye for Kingston - 1st time that rye is worth more in Canada than in U.S. [Oswego Press]

-Notice - all British vessels on inland waters have to pay a fee on entering and leaving harbors if they don't get a Cargo Book and Licenses. signed W.R. Simpson, Collector.

p 3 Marine - new prop. Mary Ward passed down, not an elegant looking vessel.
