p.2 Passed Down - The R.M. str. Kingston passed down on Friday morning on her first trip down since she met with the late accident to her machinery near Port Darlington.

p.3 Brockville Regatta - no report but John Powers not successful.

-Yacht Disabled - yacht Alydia near Clayton.

-The Robert Gaskin - not missing as reported in Chicago papers.

-Steamboat Accident - str. Bay of Quinte broke rudder at Picton.

-Oswego - Loss of Canal Boats - 3 canal boats laden with leached ashes from Canal in tow of tug Maria Melven abandoned on lake in a gale.
