p.1 It is said a new ferry boat is to be built by G.M. Kinghorn for the Kingston-Cape Vincent route, and Watertown will be placed on Gananoque and Island service.

-The Bay of Quinte - A Joint Stock Co., to be known as the Union Steamboat Co., has been formed for the purpose of establishing a line of steamers between Kingston and Picton. The Company has already purchased the steamer Maid of Canada for $14,000.
