p.2 The Canal Commissioners Report - presented to House of Commons on Tuesday with recommendations.

-Imports - 25,27.

p.3 schooners Irene, Fanny Ledford and Gladstone are moving.

-Pigeon Island Light - Mr. Eccles, the keeper of this new light, cannot display it because the apparatus was taken away last Fall for repairs, it being then newly put up and found to be inefficient. He has telegraphed to Ottawa for information respecting it.

-New Boat - new steamer to be put on Kingston-Gananoque route.
