p.2 Imports - 6,8.

-2 lock tenders were fined $10 for locking vessels through Welland Canal at Port Dalhousie on Sunday .

-a list of vessels chartered in Toronto to carry grain to lower province

p.3 Grain Arrivals - another 200,000 bushels arrived.

-Picton - Wilson vs Cameron - to recover value of sch. Edith which was run down by prop. Bristol.

-Police Court - Capt. Dexter Eccles of sch. Flying Dutchman was charged with assaulting a lad belonging to his vessel, while in port - he was fined $2 and costs; 2 sailors charged with leaving vessel before their engagement had expired - Judgement reserved.
