p.3 Marine - prop. Dominion broke wheel below Brockville; sch. Three Friends bringing Ohio stone for penitentiary encountered a storm off the Ducks, had to throw overboard nine of the stones, weighing about 18 tons.

-Yacht Sunk - John Power sunk off Knapp's Point in deep water, Mixer searching for her.

-Police Court - 2 Rideau Canal captains summoned for non-payment of wages, adjourned till Monday.
