-Off Again - sch. Montana towed off by str. Wellington.

-Justice Shop - Capt. Dickson of sch. J.G. Beard charged with assaulting a hand who was going to leave vessel; fined $5.

-Imports - 20.

p.3 new elevator for Kingston is on way from Montreal.

-Andrew Stevens is unloading at Garden Island; J.G. Beard has been repaired at Marine Railway.

-yachts Ina and Power hauled on the ways for painting.
