-Improvements - 16,17.

-ad - Kingston & Gananoque Route - str. Pierrepont to leave at 3 P.M.

p.3 sch. Emery pulled off 4-Mile Point.

-Last of the Season - str. Magnet will go into winter quarters at Montreal.

-new str. Pierrepont doing duty on Wolfe Island and Gananoque routes; Gazelle to soon retire.

-Disasters On the Lake - Lafayette Cook ashore at Oak Orchard, Hercules has gone to her relief; sch. J.G. Beard ashore near Niagara; sch. George Foster ashore and broken up.
