p.2 Tug Service - Upper St. Lawrence - Sealed Tenders called for providing tug service between upper end of Lachine canal and Kingston, for a term of 3 or 5 years, the line to consist of at least 9 steamers, rates to be paid by vessels towed same as tariff of 1871, tenders must state the amount of annual bonus they will accept from Gov't in addition to rates paid by vessels towed.
