p.2 Navigation - str. Bay of Quinte purchased by Calvin & Breck and towed to Garden Island by str. H.A. Calvin; schooners Richardson and Irene are loading.

-Customs Imports - April 23 ( a list of vessels and their cargoes, which are reporting their arrival to Customs; henceforth "Imports")

p.3 Marine Railway - The propeller Indian was launched today. The new propeller China will be committed to her natural element on Saturday.

-Navigation at Ottawa - first raft towed down river by str. Mac.
