-The Harbor - is empty of ice but the lake is still blockaded; sloop Cora is only vessel in port besides steamers and tugs.

-Garden Island - arrivals and departures; barge Quebec rebuilt and launched.

-First From Chicago - prop. East at M.T. Co. dock.
