p.1 Picton Assizes - Patterson vs Trumpour et al - breach of contract -defendants are grain buyers in Wellington, chartered a schooner owned by Patterson to carry grain to Oswego, but through stress of weather couldn't get to Wellington for 14 days from day of charter. On arrival Capt. Patterson was told there was no grain for him. Verdict for Plaintiff for $423.

p.2 Western Ports - clearances at Milwaukee, Chicago and Toledo.
