p.2 Mill Point - Mr. Rathbun building a barge 151 x 30 x 11; cap. 55,000 feet of lumber.

-A Launch - South Bay, July 18 - Messrs. Downey & Andrews, of Napanee, built a barge here during the past winter, and it was launched this p.m. by Mr. Jno. Tait, contractor and builder. She was called the David Andrews. Her capacity is 180 tons and she will carry 12,000 bushels of grain.
