p.3 The Medbury - Last night this sunken vessel was towed around Nine Mile Point, and left there. Today the gale has broken her up, and she will be a total loss. Captains Courneen and Taylor, Marine Inspectors, are overseeing the wreck.

-High Water - the water is low in Lake Ontario but high below Montreal.
