p.2 The Sale of Flour - high prices received for flour from York.

-Frozen Up - ice half way to Garden Island but Pierrepont and Watertown broke it up.

p.3 Nearly A Drowning - engineer of Pierrepont went into wheelhouse to cut away ice from wheel, slipped and fell into water, saved by Capt. Hinckley and crew.
