p.1 Banshee to replace Renaud.

p.2 V.P.T.W.C. - 21.

-Good Trip - new sch. Dan Lyons the first vessel to make round trip Chicago to Oswego.

-Launch of a Steamer - Messrs. Fraser & George have successfully launched their new freight steamer Saxon, built for them by Mr. Chapman, near the Cataraqui Bridge. It is a staunch, fine boat, of 250 tons register and 50 h.p.; and will be employed in the freight trade on the Bay of Quinte.

-Marine - arrivals; the new str. Portsmouth, of Messrs. Chaffey, is loading with general freight for Ottawa.

-The Harbor Buoys - Today Mr. Smith is laying 7 of the new harbor buoys off the Point Frederick shoal and 7 off the upper wharves.

-Imports - 21,22.
