-Sad Drowning - captain of sch. Ben Folger, Capt. McEvoy of Kingston, drowned at Brockville.

-Good Arrangement - Board of Underwriters established agencies at several different ports to look after disasters; Capt. Jas. Allen is Kingston Agent.
