NOTICE.

Notice is hereby given that application will be made at the next Session of the Parliament of Canada, for an Act to incorporate the

COLLINS BAY RAFTING AND FORWARDING COMPANY,

empowered when so incorporated to own, construct, charter and maintain and employ Steamers, Tugs, Vessels and all descriptions of Shipping Property. Also power to construct Docks and Warehouses, to construct and Transport Rafts, composed of Timber, Lumber, Staves, etc., of all kinds and to carry on a Rafting, Shipping and Forwarding business within the Dominion of Canada, and between Canada and other countries.
