-Going For Them - vessel owners have resisted design of underwriters to add a new clause to their insurance policies, and now they want to break the monopoly of the Detroit River Towing Association.

-the new str. at Clayton is in frame, to have engine from Clute Bros., of Schenectady, to run to Gananoque and Kingston.
