p.3 The Rochester - under Capt. J.J. Campbell, is running from Belleville to Kingston.

-Navigation - the American channel is open; Calvin & Breck's fleet is being towed out by tug Mixer through Wolfe Island Canal.

-In Sight - a vessel has been seen off 9-Mile Point.

-Imports - 4-6.
