-Queen's Birthday - regatta canceled due to gale; excursions a fizzle because of storm.

p.3 Regatta Prize - past winners have not received prizes.

-The Harbor - arrivals and departures.

-The Algerian - The work on this steamer is in the last stage of completion. Her trial trip will soon take place, and she will go into service on the R.M. Line about June 13th.

-Marine News - sch. Prince Alfred got a new mast at Chicago; the captain of sch. Mary was stabbed in the neck by the cook at Port Elgin -"The captain objected to the cook's getting breakfast before washing."

-Singular - deck from tug Tawas was blown aboard Chandler without injury.
