-Marine News - arrivals and departures.

-Canadian Fishing - season for whitefish is closed; young salmon were hatched at Newcastle establishment.

-Tug Service - Upper St. Lawrence - notice that the tug service between Lachine and Kingston, hitherto performed under contract with the Dominion Government, to be discontinued on Aug. 1st.

p.3 Sunday Boating - opposed by Sabbath Reformation Society.

-Gull Light - should be raised 15-20 feet, a temporary light to be used.

-Tug Line Contract - forwarders here will have to depend on private enterprize.

-Imports - 5,6.
