New Tug - The new screw steamer of Mr. Fisher of Portsmouth, a very handsome boat of stylish model, sitting well in the water, last night appeared in the harbor and won encomiums. She had an exciting race with the tug Greenville and held her own handsomely, though working with new machinery and quite stiff.
