p.2 The U.S. Lake Survey - an editorial - they are doing waters around Kingston.

-Drowned - Sunday Boating, Sunday Whiskey and Monday Inquest -sailors from brig Gibraltar came over from Garden Island, where there is a strict rule of temperance, and got drunk, upset a skiff at foot of Clarence St. and l drowned.

-The Harbor -arrivals and departures.
