-City Council - the report of Wharves and Harbor Committee repeated recommendations of last report, in regard to notice to owners for removal of barges and painting of harbor buoys, and also endorsing a corrected estimate of value of wharves and piers in the Kingston harbor for the information of the Dep't of Public Works, Ottawa, showing a total of $173,000, adopted.
