-The Harbor - arrivals and departures.

-City Council - petition of Capt. Patterson, of prop. Africa, complaining of his large over-assessment on that Vessel -referred to the Court of Revision.

-Notice to Mariners - on Nov. 5th, the light at Long Point, or North Foreland, Lake Erie, to be changed from fixed white to a revolving white light, showing a flash every minute.

p.3 divers engaged on wreck of City of Brooklyn report that the engine, boiler etc. are blown completely out, and everything from the amidship gangway aft, is gone, except a part of her keel.
