p.2 The Assizes - jury found for plaintiff for $200; the defence was that the damage was caused on account of the negligence and inexperience of the plaintiff in navigating the vessel.

A Visit - staff from R., W. & O. Railroad came to inspect str. Geneva.

Welland Canal Enlargement - discussed in House.

p.3 Navigation - on March 27th last year vessels were ploughing Lake Ontario's raging main; now there is one solid ice berg from Oswego to Kingston.

Navigation - str. Blood and J.C. Clark running on St. Clair River.
