p.2 Napanee - the Bay of Quinte & Oswego Nav. Co's str. Kincardine will commence regular trips; sch. David Andrews to take rye to Toronto.

-str. Pierrepont got back from Cape Vincent through ice jam in American channel.

-ad for Rochester, Capt. J.J. Campbell, for Picton, Belleville and intermediate ports.

p.3 On the Move - tug Frank Perew left for Prescott to bring up barges of St. Lawrence & Chicago Forwarding Co.

-The Bay - str. Rochester is freshly painted, to start Monday.

-Northern Transportation Co. - the difficulty between Vermont Central and the Ogdensburg & Lake Champlain Roads has been settled, and the line will start in about 4 weeks, using City of Toledo, City of Concord, City of New York, Champlain, Maine, Lawrence, Garden City, Cleveland, St. Albans, Empire, Buckeye, Nashua, Milwaukee, Lowell, Oswegatchie, and Granite State.
