Canal. - The water let into the canal yesterday, and the packet-boat Niagara passed this place for the west. The weather being extremely pleasant, and the season much earlier than usual, we shall soon be gratified with the pleasant sight of boats, laden with the produce of the country, on their way to a market; and considering how unfavorable the winter has been for business, the remarkable forwardness of spring is peculiarly cheering.
