-Harbor Dues - Belleville to apply at next session of Parliament for an act to impose and collect harbor dues; Kingston doesn't collect them.

-River Accident - Sinking of the Joe Mac - owned by firm of Seymour, Gardiner & Co. of Ogdensburg; it was run into by prop. East while both were towing schooners near Five-mile light. [Brockville Enterprise]

-The Asylum - visited by party from yacht Sappho.

p.3 For A Cruise - yacht Peerless left Belleville for St. Lawrence.

-Imports - 27,29,31.
