p.2 Accident - to steam barge Saxon - blew out cylinder cover near Belleville.

-W.C. - 16.

-Aground - str. Norseman on Martello Tower shoal, removed by tugs Lady Franklin and Edsall.

The loss by the accident to the Algerian is not expected to exceed $1,000. She will be on her route in a few days.

p.3 tug Joe Mac raised to surface.

-Marine - Collinsby - arrivals.

-Shifting Around - Messrs. Folger and Gildersleeve are helping each other out by shifting around their steamers.

-Swift's Wharf - arrivals and departures.

-Something Tender - about Kingston sailors and their girlfriends.
