-The schooner Ontario of Picton made a trip from Belleville with a cargo of rye to Oswego and back in 37 hours; from Belleville to Oswego 14 hours; in Oswego 11 hours; from Oswego to Belleville 12 hours.

-Damaged Grain - A quantity of damaged wheat on board the sch. Eliza Quinlan to be sold by auction at the Marine Railway.

-The City Clock - Dep't of Marine & Fisheries to pay 3/4 of the cost of lighting for 9 months of year for past 3 years.

p.3 City Council - Marine & Fisheries to pay to illuminate clock.
