p.3 For the Exposition - Mr. A. Cuthbert to build a first class yacht, schooner-rigged, 140 tons, to take to Centennial Ex. at Philadelphia, to be built after the model of the Annie Cuthbert, cost $15,000.

-Gone To the Cape - Pierrepont running again.

-County Court - Fraser vs Welland Railway Co. - Captain Fraser of sch. B.W. Folger, shipped a cargo of grain in fall of 1872, was detained for several days.
