p.2 The Assizes - Calvin vs Collinsby Co. - verdict for plaintiff for $450, with reference to the Judge in Toronto.

Marine - tug Lady Franklin pulled sch. Clayton Belle off Featherbed Shoals, towed str. T.H. Camp back to Kingston to receive new wheel, rudder and have engine repaired and tested.

City Council - Our Fish Market - communication from Peter Kiel, Fishery Inspector, why fish sold in Kingston market was inferior and more costly, than that at Cape Vincent.

Fish Market - to be sold because it is now on the street, and away from water.
