DETROIT SAILOR DROWNED

BROTHER WITNESSED TRAGEDY, YOUNG MAN OVERBOARD

St. Clair, Mich., November 8. (Special.) - Joseph Boyle, of Detroit, a sailor on the steamer Marigold, which is lying at the dock here, was drowned at a bout 10:30 o'clock tonight. Boyle got into a scuffle with some of his companions. He lost his footing when standing on a plank and fell overboard. His brother, who is also a sailor on the boat, witnessed the tragedy.
