Successful Operation

Henry Penton, chief engineer of the Great Lakes Engineering Works, is resting comfortably at Harper hospital after an operation for appendicitis. The operation was performed by Dr. M. O. Walker and Dr. Kenneth Gunsolus, and the knife of the surgeon disclosed that the incision was made none too soon to avoid developments of the most serious nature. Mr. Penton's condition last night was entirely favorable.
