Yacht Club - formed.

In New Hands - Jas. Fisher has secured a long lease of the Portsmouth Marine Railway and has, to the great satisfaction of every one in Portsmouth, repaired and refitted it. Last week the barque Erie Belle was repaired there, and he is ready for any work equally heavy, or lighter. He will never frighten vessels away by high charges, and, besides, he will be pleasant to deal with.
