p.2 Ottawa - to present claims of Cobourg to the proposed harbour of refuge on Lake Ontario.

p.3 Accepted - A letter was received today from Chicago stating that the Kingston Sailors Union had been acknowledged by the American Union, which labour for the mutual advantage of each other.

Wind Wafts - The steamers Flight, Shannon, Pilgrim, Utica and Hastings will resume their old routes at the opening of navigation on the Bay of Quinte.
