p.2 Today's Gleanings - Hon. D.G. Fort, Collector of the Port of Oswego, proposes to employ several female clerks as accountants and writers in the Customs House.

ad - R. & O. Navigation Co. - Royal Mail Through Line - with schedule.

p.3 The Welland - It is understood that the Welland Canal will open about May 5th. The date is early enough for all the busines there is for the vessel men to do.

Wind Wafts - The boats are running between Picton and Belleville.
