The str. Nile passed up last night from Clayton to Deseronto light.
The schr. Flora Carveth ran into the Bay of Quinte bridge. Not much damage was done.
The new boat Loretta has had her boilers and engine placed in position, and will be ready for the opening of the excursion season soon.
The owners have entirely rebuilt the str. Ocean, putting in steel arches all through her. She is now as good as the day she was built. She goes on her route on April 30th.
The str. Maynard is running on the Clayton-Alexandria Bay route in connection with the trains. A large white shield has been painted on her smokestack, with the words "N.Y. Central" in black letters.

p.4 Napanee, April 22nd - The schr. Two Brothers is the first vessel to enter the port of Napanee this season. She arrived on Monday and loaded grain from Downey & Co.'s warehouse.
