The props Ocean and Cuba were delayed in Cornwall canal by fog yesterday.
The str. Passport passed through this morning for Montreal on her last trip of the season.

Capt. Donnelly came up from Brockville this morning. He experienced little difficulty in raising the Jessie Hall, and the tug is not much the worse of the accident. She will leave here tonight with a tow for Montreal.
There is an obstruction near the entrance of the Cornwall canal at Dickinson's Landing in the shape of boulders raised there by dredges. Several tows have lately stuck and complaint has been made to Ottawa to have the obstructions removed. Prompt action should be taken.
