U. S. Marshal's Sale.

PURSUANT to the command of an order of sale issued from the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Ohio, I shall offer for sale at public auction from the North door of the Postoffice Building, in the City of Toledo, in said District on

Tuesday, the 2d Day of January, A. D.
1877, at 9 o'clock A.M.

The following described property, to wit: The Scow Adane, her boats, tackle, apparel, furniture and other appurtenances, now lying in the river in the City of Toledo, in said District. TERMS CASH.

Sale will begin promptly at 9 o'clock.
