STEAMER DOVE. - The steamer Dove, which has been withdrawn from the Port Huron route, is now lying at the foot of Cass street, undergoing a thorough overhauling. She is receiving new wheels, two feet larger than her old ones, the dimensions being twenty-six feet. Other slight repairs are also being made, and she will be out again in a few days, looking better than ever.
