A Corinthian Action - Dame Adelaide V. Pierce, New York, widow of the late Thomas L. Fairchild, has entered a first-class action against the Richelieu & Ontario navigation company, to recover the value (estimated at $1,000) of her baggage lost on the Corinthian.

MARINE INTELLIGENCE.

The barge Acacia is receiving a general overhauling at Davis' dry-dock.

The locomotive works will probably get the work of lengthening the prop. Algonquin.
