The prop. Myles has arrived on her first trip down from Duluth.

The str. Acadia struck a rock in Morrisburg canal and stove a large hole in her bottom.

The str. Baltic made a mistake in going down to the M.T. Co.'s dock. She had grain for Portsmouth.

The str. Alberta is now running between Kingston and the head of Wolfe Island and Channel Grove.

On Thursday morning the schooner Fabiola cleared for Oswego, and arrived back this morning with a load of coal.

S. Stewart, of the Rideau canal, sold the tug Ranger to the Rathbun Co. today. The tug will be used at Deseronto.

The new steambarge Nicols, owned by Capt. Augustus Hinckley, Cape Vincent, appeared at the Kingston docks for the first time today.

The steamer Columbian, which was to have started on regular trips today between Montreal and Kingston, has been withheld for a week. The river travel does not warrant starting the boat.

Clearances: schr. B.W. Folger, Big Sodus, light; str. Alberta and Nicols, Dexter, pulp wood; schr. T.J. Wells, Oswego, light; sloop Laura D., Cape Vincent, lumber and shingles; schr. Pilot, Cape Vincent, timber and shingles; schr. Annie Falconer, Oswego, lumber; schr. Tradewind and Hanlan, Oswego, light.
