NEW VESSEL. - The Messrs. Miller & Co. have commenced building a new vessel for T.S. Mott, Esq. The keel is already laid, and part of the frame work erected. She will be full canal size, furnished with all the modern improvements, and when completed will be A 1 in every detail. The Messrs. Miller & Co. have acquired an exceedingly high and enviable reputation as ship builders, vessels coming off their stocks always commanding the highest prices.
